Sliding Scale - The Accountability Threshold

The Honor Code of Commitment, Integrity, and Generosity

I want to get paid.

I want to work with people who are ready to do the real work.

And I believe we can build a new kind of economy—rooted in care, effort, and integrity—that honors both.

I Offer a Sliding Scale.

Not because I don’t value my work.

But because I value you.

And I trust that if you’re reading this, you care deeply.

You’re ready to show up.

You’re not looking for a shortcut—you’re looking for transformation.

This work will change your life.

And your contribution—financial or otherwise—helps make that possible.

The Commitment

There are many currencies:

Money. Time. Effort. Talent. Presence. Creativity. Care. Integrity.

If you’re unable to pay the full rate in dollars, I’m open to other forms of contribution.

But only if you’re devoted to making it worth it—to both of us.

This is not about charity. It’s about reciprocity.

You bring your full self. You contribute meaningfully. You honor the impact of this work.

What This Looks Like

Eli is doing yard work and house projects in exchange for Find Your Path mentorship.

He takes initiative. He makes himself valuable. His presence uplifts the space.

He is all in—and I’m energized to go all in with him.

Jordan helps lead groups. He organizes, follows through, and makes my life easier.

He’s training, learning, and offering real service.

These are examples of people working the sliding scale with integrity, creativity, and devotion.

What’s Needed Now

We currently welcome help with:

  • Physical and creative work on our Portland property

(Includes yard care, building, cleaning, art projects—some of it fun, some of it grunt work. All of it valuable.)

  • Marketing, outreach, and admin support for our programs and offerings

If you want to propose a different exchange—reach out.

The only requirement is that you match the value of the coaching with a contribution of equal weight.

Make the effort. That effort matters.

The Honor Code

Some people start at the low end of the scale and say,

“When my life changes, I’ll come back and pay what it’s worth.”

To that I say: Beautiful. Do it.

That’s the Honor Code.

If your health, wealth, and well-being expand as a result of this work,

circle back. Make an offering.

One month. One year. One decade later.

I’ll receive it with open arms.

Final Word

This is sacred work.

It’s not a transaction.

It’s a relationship—based on truth, effort, and shared possibility.

I am ready to receive the full value of what I offer.

To be nourished and enriched by this work.

To make great money doing what I love—while helping others rise.

Let’s build this new economy together:

One of dignity, generosity, transformation, and real love.
