FAQ

Program Format & Expectation

What kind of support will I receive?

Every participant gets weekly one-on-one mentorship, daily check-ins and group circles, and ongoing guidance from both Hadley and Morgan. You’re not doing this alone.

Both. The first few weeks are highly structured to build rhythm and trust. As the program matures, the schedule opens up, and participants begin to take the lead.

Eventually, yes — gently and supportively. You’ll be invited to lead a morning practice, host a meal, or share something meaningful with the group. We grow through doing.

Perfect. That’s who this program is for.

Who It’s For/Readiness

What if I'm not sure I'm "the kind of person" who does this?

If something in you is curious, or even nervous but drawn to this — you’re already the kind of person who belongs here.

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a crisis program. But many participants come feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected. What’s required is a willingness to grow, not perfection.

Yes. If you’re between 18–26 and looking for direction, presence, and a reset, you’ll be right at home.

Great. You don’t have to be loud — just honest and engaged. We create space for all kinds of people and honor many ways of showing up.

Community Living

Will I have my own room?

Rooms are shared between two participants. Each one includes a private bathroom, closet, and a kitchenette for personal space and reflection.

We’ll help mediate and support honest communication. Part of the training is learning how to live and grow alongside others with presence and kindness.

Yes — with intention. On program days, visitors need to be approved by the group. On integration days, you’re free to invite guests, as long as the integrity of the space remains intact.

Tuition & Contributions

How much does this program cost?

Tuition is offered on a sliding scale, with two participation options (Residential or Day student). You’ll find a full breakdown here.

Yes. A portion of all contributions goes towards making this experience accessible. If the base tuition is out of reach, let us know in your application or contact us directly. We’ll talk through what is possible.

We’re open to it. We’ve been imagining ways participants can contribute skills or services that help sustain the program.

if you’re interested in work-study exchange:

Let us know in your application. Share your skills or ideas. For bonus points: create a short proposal showing how you’d like to contribute (photography, social media, garden expertise, special something, etc).

We’re open to being surprised.

Yes — and it means the world. Many participants are only able to join because someone else gave a little more.

You can:

  • Contribute to our scholarship fund
  • Fully or partially sponsor a participant
  • Choose a higher tuition tier if you’re enrolling someone
  • Invite your community to support this work

This is how we build a more loving, accessible world — together.

 Lifestyle

What’s the phone and technology policy?

We’ll support you in creating a healthy, conscious relationship with your tech. This isn’t a total “disconnect” program, but you’ll be asked to use technology mindfully — not as a distraction.

You’re not alone. The structure of the program supports healthy habits — sleep, hygiene, rest, and movement — not through shame, but through practice and community.

Yes. Cooking, cleaning, and caring for our space is part of the learning. You’ll be guided and supported — it’s about contribution, not perfection.

Find Your Path is a substance-free program and household. This means no alcohol, cannabis, or other recreational drugs during the full duration of the program — including on integration days.

This isn’t about judgment — it’s about creating a clear, grounded container where everyone can show up fully, feel safe, and build practices that support presence, health, and growth.

Our commitment is to help participants develop healthy habits that allow them to be fully alive, emotionally present, and able to thrive — now and for the rest of their lives.

Food & Cooking

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We’ll work with you. Meals are designed to be flexible, whole-food based, and communal — and we create shared agreements to support everyone’s needs.

Nope. You’ll learn. Food is part of the training — from shopping and chopping to serving and sitting together in gratitude. And if you have skills, they are welcome!

Nourishing. Simple. Healthy. Communal. Lots of roasted vegetables, rice bowls, soups, eggs, meat, and joy. We cook together, eat together, and build relationships through shared meals.

Emotional Experience

What if I get homesick? Or overwhelmed?

It’s normal. We’ve built the program to include support, space, and conversations that hold whatever shows up. You’ll be met with care, not judgment, knowing that everything that happens is for our learning.

We hear this all the time. Then the group meets… and it becomes one of the most meaningful parts of the experience. You’re not here to fit in. You’re here to belong.

We don’t ignore it. We talk. This is a space for real conversations — always with compassion, honesty, and support. Safety and trust come first.

Application Process

How do I apply?

Start here: The application is short and reflective. After you submit, we’ll schedule a call to explore whether the program is a mutual fit.

We’re looking for people who are open, curious, willing to show up, and ready to grow. Who know there is more and want it. You don’t don’t care about a resume of accomplishments, we care about your desire to get after it.

We’ll guide you through the next steps: preparing, packing, paying, and arriving. You’ll feel supported every step of the way.

Final Things People Wonder (but might not ask)

Will there be music? Dancing? Laughter?

Yes. And quiet, and stillness, and real conversation. Meaningful connection. This house is full of life.

Absolutely. Participants in our programs remain close — the kind of friendship that’s rare, real, and lifelong.

Yes. Even more so. In familiar and new ways. You’ll feel alive like never before!
