Find Your Path – A Training for the unkNOWn Guide

There are moments in life when the path we’ve been walking no longer fits.

Something quiet—but undeniable—whispers:
This isn’t it. There’s more.

Not more to achieve—but more to feel, to stand for, to live.

And when we finally listen?
Everything starts to change.

I made this for that moment:

Find Your Path: A 30-Day Workbook for Presence, Clarity, and the Courage to Begin

This isn’t a workbook in the usual sense.
It’s a way through. A guide for those standing at the edge of a threshold—ready to step forward, even if trembling.

It’s what I give the people I walk with when they say:
I know I need to move. But I can’t see the path yet.
It’s what I offer now—to you.

Elias: The Leap Was Brave. But What Came After Was Everything.

This week, I was reminded again why this work matters.

Elias—a young man I’ve been mentoring—did something most people never do:
He left the safety and security of a stable job and predictable future.

Not because he had a perfect plan.
But because staying would have meant betraying something sacred inside him.

He knew he was made for more—
for work aligned with his values,
for excellence rooted in care, integrity, and heart.

And so, he leapt.
A massively courageous, inspired leap.
A leap to be celebrated.

But then there’s the Beyond—the challenge after the leap. The part often given less attention:
The fire gets you out. But the real heat? It comes after.

Because then, the risk is real.
You’ve entered the unkNOWn.
And the only way forward is to become the man your leap requires you to be.

Elias found himself face to face with a challenge he didn’t expect:
His new colleagues didn’t share his vision.
Their level of care didn’t match his.
To live his values—to help young people truly thrive—he would have to confront the very people slowing him down. And they were friends.

Now was the time to stand for the brilliance inside him.
Now was the leadership moment. Figuring how to bring the vision to life. Learn how to inspire others to leap.
Now was the time to speak the truth.
Even though it strained friendships and invited judgment.

This is where most people fold.

But not Elias.

He was ready. And knew he needed support.
We spoke before meetings, before the risks, before the calls.
We named the fear. We said the stakes out loud.
And I reminded him:

“This is what you asked for. Not the ease. The chance to become who you really are.
This is exactly why you lept. Here is life providing the opportunity. You know this is the way.”

And he did it. Shaking the whole way.

He’s still walking through fire—
but now with a grounded sense of purpose that’s earned, not imagined.
He’s no longer hoping it will work out.
He’s becoming the reason it will.

An added bonus to jumping in at the ground floor is you’ll receive lifetime updates as the program evolves. And because we hang at the edge of the mystery, it will evolve!

When I share these stories and talk about our Find Your Path program, I hear again and again:

“I wish I’d had that kind of guidance when I was younger (and now)—would have saved me loads of time and money. And effort.”
“If only I’d had a trusted voice to help me find my courage back then, I’d be in a very different place.”
“Are there really other people like me out there? I crave that kind of connection.”

Find Your PathA 30-day Workbook for Presence, Clarity, and the Courage to Begin Version 1.0 is built for those moments.
